Mr. Crescenzi is the founder of CTC Contractors with a background in Operations and Project Management. Since 2005, Mr. Crescenzi has had the opportunity to work in many facets of the construction industry including major projects both foreign and domestic for numerous oil and gas companies. His previous experience includes managing countless heavy load bearing foundations, iron works, pipelines, and tilt wall construction projects. Since founding CTC Contractors, Mr. Crescenzi has focused more on personal relationships with his clients and made it his goal to provide the best possible service, no matter the size of the project, at the most affordable price. Personally, Mr Crescenzi is married and a graduate of Texas A&M University.
Mr. Verot specializes in commercial construction and tenant improvement construction, with over 400 restaurant builds under his belt. He has a complete understanding of plans, specifications, shop drawings and subcontractor’s scope of work. Proficient in pre-planning of subcontractors, materials, scheduling, daily reports to the project manager throughout the project. Mr. Verot has strong technical, communication and problem solving skills. Dedicated to completing the project on time, within budget, and follow all OSHA and Company safety guidelines.
Casey is an accomplished construction manager with extensive training in estimating on multiple levels. He has experience managing subcontractors for numerous multimillion dollar projects ranging from 4 to 8 million dollars in contract size. His ability to develop conceptual estimates with architects and developers has helped many clients reach their construction goals within budget. His ground up portfolio includes office buildings, churches, schools, restaurants and retail space. In addition, Casey has several years of experience in high end interior finishes and buildouts of data halls, office/warehouse space, manufacturing support facilities, medical offices, surgery centers and tenant renovations. Gaining new business through strong customer relationships and quality work is his ultimate goal.
Glen Boucher, LEED AP
Mr. Boucher brings seventeen years of construction project management experience to the company. His experience includes delivering a variety of projects including residential, land development, commercial retail, medical shell buildings, tenant improvements, remodels, façade upgrades, multifamily, municipal, and government projects including work in highly secured locations. He is well versed in value engineering, design build, and the design and construction of high performance buildings backed by credentials as a LEED AP for Building Design and Construction. An excellent communicator, he is able to communicate ideas between clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Experienced in Design Build, he also understands how to bring together multiple disciplines ensuring the client maximizes every dollar spent on a project. Qualified to pull a building permit in fifteen states, he has the ability to service multi-state clients. He prides himself in the long line of repeat clients developed by building quality projects on time and within budget. Mr. Boucher is a graduate of Texas A&M University and a former military officer.
